6. Your content and campaigns
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for your outreach content, target selection, permissions, and compliance with applicable marketing, privacy, and anti-spam laws.
7. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans, billing periods, usage limits, and renewal terms are presented when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an applicable order or refund policy.
8. Intellectual property
linkOreach, its software, branding, interfaces, and original content are owned by Digital Gratified FZ-LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership.

The service may connect with third-party products or websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, conduct, or content.
10. Suspension and termination

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific outreach, ranking, backlink, revenue, or business outcomes, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Gratified FZ-LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
